INSPECTION AND SCOPE OF WARRANTY
  • If you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you think is not caused by the consumer, you can send the product to our address with your invoice within the 1 year warranty period.
  • Once your product reaches our inspection department, the inspection process is completed within 21 business days at the latest and you will be informed.
  • If a manufacturing problem is encountered as a result of the inspection, your product will be replaced. If a user-related problem is encountered, your product will be sent to your address registered in the system by the Contracted Cargo company.
