You can pay via credit card when shopping on our site.
Is it safe to make payments on your website?
When you shop on our site, your credit card information is used only during the ordering process and is never stored in a database. This certificate is used worldwide for credit card security, ensuring you can shop securely on our site.
Which credit cards can I pay with?
You can safely use all credit cards supported by IYZCO when shopping at BAQA.
How can I pay by credit card?
On the payment screen, you'll be asked for your credit card information. Once you enter it, it will be securely transmitted to your bank to confirm payment. Payments made by credit card are confirmed instantly.
I get an error on the payment screen, what should I do?
After you enter and confirm your information on the payment screen, your credit card transaction may not be approved for various reasons. In this case;
- Check that your card is open for online shopping.
- Check whether your card is available for use.
- Make sure your card has sufficient limit.
- Make sure you enter the requested information about the card correctly.
- Check whether your card's expiration date is valid.
- If you are using a virtual card, make sure your limit is sufficient.
Except for the situations mentioned above, please get support from your bank.
Can I use the points on my credit card to make a payment?
When making payments on our site, you cannot pay with the points on your credit card.
Is VAT included in the prices of the products listed on the site?
The products offered for sale on our site are listed with cash prices including VAT.

How can I shop on your website?
To shop on our website, add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart. To purchase the items in your cart, first click the " MY CART " link in the upper right corner, then click the " COMPLETE SHOPPING " button on the page that opens. If you are a member of our site before, log in with your email address and password on the next screen. If you have logged in before this step, you will be skipped and directed to the next step. If you are not a member on our site, click the " CREATE ACCOUNT " button and fill out the requested information completely. To continue without registering, click the " GUEST SHOPPING " button. You can complete your shopping by entering your address and credit card information.
How can I find out the status of my order?
If you've logged in and placed an order, click the "MY ORDERS" tab within the "MY ACCOUNT" link. On the screen that opens, you can view the status of all your past and current orders. For a detailed review, click the "DETAILS" link next to the relevant order. If you've placed an order without registering, click the "Order Tracking" link at the bottom of the page. On the screen that opens, you can view the status of your order by entering your order number along with your email address or mobile phone number.
Can I add a new product to my order after I create it?
Once your order has been created, it is not possible to add any products to the order.
Can I cancel any item or the entire order after I place the order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped, or return it after it is delivered. To cancel any product(s) in your order:
If you're a member, check the status of your order in the "MY ORDERS" tab under "MY ACCOUNT." If you've made a purchase without registering, you can view the status of your order using the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" link at the bottom of our site.
If your order is in "IN PREPARATION" status, you can cancel it by calling Customer Services at 0850 333 22 72, 10:00 AM on weekdays. If your order is in "SHIPPED" status, cancellations cannot be made. However, once your order has been received and we confirm your cancellation, the canceled product amount will be notified to your bank within 30 business days, and the refund will be refunded to the credit card you used to make the payment. If you paid by credit card, this information received by your bank will be reflected on your credit card statement in accordance with the bank's operating principles.
