• In the event that you encounter an issue with the products in your order that you believe is not caused by the consumer, you may send the product to our address along with your invoice within the 1-year warranty period.
• The inspection process for your product reaching our inspection department is completed within a maximum of 21 business days, and you will be informed accordingly.
• In the event that a manufacturing-related problem is identified as a result of the inspection, your product will be exchanged. In the event that a user-related issue is identified, your product will be sent to the address registered in the system via our contracted cargo company.
